Direction, Strategy and Sales


Having been active since 2001 in the Luxembourg IT sector, David is the managing director of the company. He takes care of the strategy and the commercial side of Rime-IT.

Nathalie SOUTY


Nathalie has joined the Rime-IT team in march 2018 with the main objective of developing the sales strategy of the company.

Holding a Master’s degree in International Trade from the “Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et Management” of Metz, Nathalie can boast of a proven experience of a dozen years in IT services in Luxembourg.

HR and Administrative Department


A graduate in law (BAC+3) and with four years initial experience in Human Resources and Administration, Eloïse has decided to rise to a new challenge by joining the dynamic team of Rime IT.
Our HR Officer is mainly concerned with staff management in the company and is responsible for all legal, contractual, administrative and organizational matters.

Recruitment Team


A graduate in computer science, Hervé began his professional career as an IT developer (Java, .net).

He joined a Luxembourg company and proved himself as an IT consultant, architect and project manager in the J2EE world, .Net, Oracle. As technical director, he contributed to the creation and expansion of three companies (in Luxembourg, Belgium, and France), recruiting around 100 consultants and the setting up of structured and efficient organizations.

Seduced by the prospect of working for a human-sized company finely attuned to clients’ needs and the well-being of its consultants, he joined the (d)Rime Team as a Sourcing Manager. With fifteen years of experience in fields highly relevant to Rime-IT, he is in the perfect position to help the company grow.


After studying commercial sciences at the HEC in Liège and with more than 6 years experience in IT recruitment in Luxembourg, Laurence joined Rime-IT as a recruitment manager.

Her role is to reconcile the needs of our company clients with with the professional expectations of our consultants in order to build long-term trusting relationships.
